Ice Fishing and Africa Night

This Saturday we got up bright and early and went ice fishing at Makey reservoirs. We had a great time, once we got there. Nate didn't want to come at first, but we made him anyway. We didn't catch anything, but it was a good time, anyway. Then we came home and went to Africa Night at ISU with some of my friends from school. It was so cool! They fed us a dinner from some of the different countries in Africa, and they had a band, a fashion show, and dancing. It was great, and I am definitely going next year!

Date Day

The last week before school started up again, Cameron took me on one of my favorite dates. He took me to Alpine to see the elk, they feed them there in the winter. We go every year. This year we took Nate and Lindsay, it was really fun. After we went to Pizza Hut and had lunch. We had a great day! Then that night, the deer were all around our house. I always miss seeing wild animals in Pocky!

They were up far this year.

The close up, not a great picture but you can still count the points:)
There were buffalo in a corral a few miles away.

They were huge!

You can't really see the deer, but they are there.

Holy Holidays!

Well where do I begin! We lived through fall semester and are loving the break! We spent Christmas eve with the Cranes and then we spent three days out at the condos with them. We had fun playing games, watching movies, loving on our nephew, shooting guns, going on rides, and just being with family. We spent Christmas day with my family and then we spent New Years at our cabins. We had a blast just being around them. We had a blast playing games, which we never do; who knew my dad was such a gamer. Cameron got two guns for Christmas and he is really really excited, a .22 and a .270. He also got a MP3 player, flannel shirts, pocket knife, and books. I got a really cute bag made out of recycled angora rabbit wool sweaters, two flannel shirts, George Foreman grill, cook book, and enamelware dishes plus so much more thanks everyone!! By the way, thanks for the toothbrush Dannyel, we love it! We had such a great time, be both are such home bodies that we go to Bear Lake whenever we can. It was great!!
